\u00a1Adoptemos un enfoque hol\u00edstico!<\/h5>\n\n\n\n

El Enfoque Integral de la Alimentaci\u00f3n en toda la Escuela (EIAE) es un concepto hol\u00edstico que ofrece al alumnado opciones alimentarias m\u00e1s sanas y sostenibles a largo plazo. No se trata s\u00f3lo de los alimentos que se sirven en las escuelas, sino tambi\u00e9n de su procedencia y de las repercusiones de su producci\u00f3n en el medio ambiente y la salud. Poner en pr\u00e1ctica el EIAE requiere el trabajo en equipo del personal escolar, los\/as cocineros\/as, el alumnado y todas las dem\u00e1s partes interesadas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A\u00d1ADA LOS INGREDIENTES \u00abALIMENTACI\u00d3N\u00bb Y \u00abEDUCACI\u00d3N\u00bb Y \u00a1A VER QU\u00c9 PASA!<\/h5>\n\n\n\n

En la pr\u00e1ctica, no existe una receta f\u00e1cil para la transici\u00f3n hacia sistemas alimentarios escolares sostenibles mediante la integraci\u00f3n de la alimentaci\u00f3n y la educaci\u00f3n sostenibles. El EIAE gu\u00eda a los agentes del cambio en cada paso del camino y ayuda a lograr un cambio sist\u00e9mico en toda la comunidad abordando la composici\u00f3n de las comidas escolares y los comedores escolares como entornos de aprendizaje.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

  1. Pol\u00edtica y liderazgo:<\/strong> convencer a las partes interesadas para que hagan de la alimentaci\u00f3n una parte intr\u00ednseca de la vida escolar.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Alimentaci\u00f3n y sostenibilidad:<\/strong> proporcionar alimentos sanos y sostenibles en los comedores escolares, durante los recreos y fuera del entorno escolar.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Educaci\u00f3n y aprendizaje: <\/strong>ampliar el plan de estudios y participar en la contrataci\u00f3n de personal escolar, cocineros\/as, directores y docentes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. Comunidad y asociaci\u00f3n:<\/strong> cooperaci\u00f3n con las partes interesadas asociadas a la escuela, como las familias, las tiendas locales, los restaurantes, las personas productoras, etc.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

    Las directrices del EIAE, recientemente desarrolladas en el proyecto SF4C, describen detalladamente cada pilar. Tambi\u00e9n incluyen posibles puntos de partida, medidas de aplicaci\u00f3n, funciones de las partes interesadas y criterios de evaluaci\u00f3n. Este marco ayuda a las escuelas a facilitar la transici\u00f3n proporcionando informaci\u00f3n sobre m\u00e9todos pr\u00e1cticos de ense\u00f1anza, actividades de aprendizaje y la participaci\u00f3n activa del alumnado y los docentes. El objetivo es vincular e implicar a todos los agentes a lo largo de toda la cadena con una nueva visi\u00f3n de las comidas escolares sostenibles.\u202f\u202f<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    LAS ESCUELAS COMO CATALIZADORES DE LA TRANSICI\u00d3N HACIA SISTEMAS ALIMENTARIOS ESCOLARES SOSTENIBLES<\/h5>\n\n\n\n

    El EIAE invita a proveedores de comidas escolares, funcionarios municipales, personas productoras, familias y alumnos a sentarse juntos en una mesa. Esto hace posible que todos comprendan de d\u00f3nde proceden los alimentos, lo que hacen a sus cuerpos y c\u00f3mo repercuten en el clima y el medio ambiente.\u202f\u202f<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    \u202fEl planteamiento tambi\u00e9n acerca el aula al campo (o viceversa) mediante iniciativas de hermanamiento entre granjas y escuelas. De este modo, los ni\u00f1os y ni\u00f1as tienen la oportunidad de experimentar el ciclo completo de cultivo de sus alimentos, mientras que las personas productoras tienen la oportunidad de conectar directamente con los consumidores m\u00e1s j\u00f3venes.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n
